CRAVING (SELF PACED)

C R A V I N G: A 6 PART EXPLORATION

Are you gripped by the urge to eat things and wish you weren't? Have you tried to willpower your way through cravings time and time again but just ended up giving in? Are you over making the same poor choices for yourself when you want to make better choices? Do you want to stop fearing food and develop a peaceful and loving relationship with eating?

It doesn't matter how much knowledge we have about how to be healthy... if we can't change our behaviour, we can't change.

I was once in your shoes, too

For years, I craved (and gave in most of the time) sugar - specifically chocolate. That was my kryptonite. Alcohol was pretty intense for me, too, for about ten years of my life when I didn't have access to a different choice to manage my stress levels with young children. 

All in all, in the last ten years of my learning, and now seven years coaching hundreds of others, I am pretty sure I've seen some things around this that can help you find peace from these nasty buggers once and for all.

In this recorded 6-part webinar series, I will put the craving puzzle together and arm you with all you need to navigate the ongoing journey, make peace with them, and possibly eliminate them.

Removing the 'control' from the 'food' and returning it to you so you can access choice is a largely misunderstood process. It requires you to focus your attention on several factors that are largely invisible until you see them! 

But it can be a very difficult journey. It can be slow, frustrating, and, at times, impossible.

I will not lie and tell you I have an effortless fix.

There is no effortless fix to changing such deeply ingrained patterns within ourselves. It requires conscious, consistent effort, and nobody can do it for you. 

But this makes it even more rewarding and more prosperous because life is all about your experiences and the actions you take for yourself!

So, while I can't promise you anything other than showing you the way, I can promise to show you what I see as essential to the journey. By that, I mean I will show you what will help you find the peace you crave. And I will honestly lay out the obstacles you will likely encounter on the path before you... and what is required to smash through them.

You won't be alone. We often feel so alone in our shame of being unable to overcome these things, but let me tell you, you are not alone. 

I know how real the shame can be. I felt it every morning for years.

4. Client agrees to communicate honestly, be open to feedback and assistance and create the time and energy to participate fully in the program.

·      any content or information shared by the Coach is not medical, nutritional, dietetic, diagnostic and/or professional advice;

·      it is up to him or her to assess for him or herself whether the content or information is useful or not;

·      if he or she is in any doubt regarding any content or information shared by the Coach, he or she should seek professional advice.

Confidentiality: This coaching relationship, as well as all information (documented or verbal) that the Client shares with the Coach as part of this relationship, is bound to confidentiality by the ICF Code of Ethics but is not considered a legally confidential relationship (like in Medicine or Law). The Coach agrees not to disclose any information pertaining to the Client without the Client’s written consent. The Coach will not disclose the Client’s name as a reference without the Client’s consent.
